ABA Therapist Careers

At ABA Service Providers, we welcome professionals at various levels of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. We’re actively hiring for the following ABA therapy roles:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBTs work one-on-one with children, delivering therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. As an RBT, you will:

  • Implement skill-building programs and behavior interventions
  • Collect data and report on client progress
  • Work closely with families and clinical supervisors
  • Receive ongoing training and supervision

No RBT certification? No problem—we offer paid training and support for those interested in becoming certified.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBAs serve as clinical leaders, overseeing client care and supervising RBTs. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists
  • Collaborate with families to set goals and measure outcomes
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery

We provide flexible caseloads, administrative support, and opportunities to grow within our organization.
